At the heart of Acorn Maltone is the Art Department. Continual investment in the latest hardware and software technologies allows us greater flexibility to produce creative designs for our customers or accept their own artwork in a large variety of formats.
Whether created by us or ‘artwork supplied’ all artwork is then double checked within the studio prior to a proof being sent to the customer. In the majority of cases proofs will be emailed as pdf documents, but high resolution inkjet copies can be sent by post or carrier if required.
Once approved we can then produce the printing plates, both lithographic and flexographic, in our in-house Pre-Press Department.
This ‘all under one roof’ facility enables us to greatly reduce turnaround times on the majority of jobs.
